Dealer Contract Info:
In renting space from the WonderFest USA, Inc., Dealer agrees to the rules, stipulations and rental prices pertaining to this show:

TABLE SPACE RENTAL RATE
Eight (8) foot table spaces: Before May 1, 2008 rental is $290.00 each for both days (includes a door pass for one person per space rented; extra passes may be purchased at a substantial discount). After May 1, 2008 rental is $340.00. Payment in full must be enclosed with signed contract and received by the above dates. After June 1, 2008, only money orders will be accepted.  We sell out fast; if in doubt, call us. No verbal holds!

TABLE SHARING/SUBLETTING
Dealers who allow another dealer to share their table space must identify the sharing dealer and have them sign the contract. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of space and cancellation of contract without refund of rental fee. The original dealer, in sharing the space, takes full responsibility for the suitability of the sharing dealer's merchandise.

WALL SPACES/ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS
Out of approximately 130 dealer spaces at the show, only about 50 wall positions are available (at no extra charge) and will be assigned on a first-come basis only. Electrical hookups are also available for a service fee of $20 but must be requested in advance.

DEALER MOVE-IN &  MOVE-OUT
Dealer move-in is on Friday evening, July 18th, from 5 to 10:30 p.m., and on Saturday morning July 19th from 7 to 10 a.m. Move-out must be accomplished between 5 and 7 p.m. Sunday, July 20th, 2008; the end of the show. Dealers are encouraged to bring their own carts, as the hotel can offer only a limited number.

SHOW HOURS
Booths must be open for business during all show hours (10 a.m.-5 p.m.). No merchandise is to be packed up before closing time Sunday without obtaining permission from the Dealer Guy, Dave Hodge.

MERCHANDISE SUITABILITY - THIS WILL BE ENFORCED!
Adult Materials: Merchandise openly displayed should be suitable for a general audience (PG-13 equivalent). We request that more mature materials be handled discreetly. This is due to local ordinances and state laws we--AND YOU--must comply with.  Refusal to comply may result in forfeiture of table space without refund.

Unlicensed Merchandise: Recasts are strictly prohibited. If a dealer brings unlicensed merchandise to sell—and an authorized seller of that same merchandise is present and brings the situation to the attention of Dealer Guy Dave Hodge—we may request that the dealer stop selling the item in dispute at the show. Refusal to comply may result in forfeiture of table space without refund. This rule applies to all merchandise: tapes, model kits, etc. Licensing and authorization for products sold at WonderFest is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/dealer.

IF A DEALER CANCELS
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Dealer Guy.  No refunds will be made if dealer cancels the show on or after May 31, 2008. Any exhibitor reserving space that fails to occupy his/her space by 9:45 a.m. the day of the show forfeits all right to the use of said space with NO refund to the exhibitor.

INJURY OR LOSS
Dealer accepts and assumes full liability for any injury or loss to themselves or their property, agents, or employees at any time and from any cause while on the show premises. Dealer expressly releases WonderFest USA, Inc. and the owners of the space in which said show is held, from any and all liability for such loss or injury.

STATE & LOCAL SALES TAX
Tax information is available at the show from the Dealer Guy, Dave Hodge.

IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED
WonderFest USA, Inc. retains the right to cancel this show, without recourse to dealers/exhibitors except to refund all monies paid, if the facility is not available due to construction delays, etc., or due to an act of god/ nature, or any unforeseen situations which occur to make production of the show undesirable.
