Make sure you complete all of the fields below.  Please make sure you have read and understand all of the information on the WonderFest Dealer Info & Rules sheet prior to completing the form.  When you hit the Submit button, you will then be redirected to the Purchase page. 

You will still need to obtain and fill out the standard Contract form which must be signed and mailed back to WonderFest.  You may obtain a PDF copy of the contract by right-clicking on the link and choosing 'Save Target As' to save a copy to your computer.  Please right-click here.
